Description
The Finance Business Partner will;
- Collaborating with various departments to develop financial forecasts and operational goals.
- Analysing financial data and creating financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Providing insightful, data-driven business recommendations to the executive management team.
- Assisting with budget preparation and management.
- Reviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost-saving measures.
- Preparing detailed monthly performance reports and presentations.
- Identifying opportunities for financial optimisation and risk management.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
