One of the most successful companies in the South, with an international profile, have engaged the NET Recruit team on an exclusive basis to help with succession planning in their finance team. Consequently, we are looking for the most talented newly qualified accountants (ACA / CIMA or ACCA) in the market in relation to a career defining role reporting directly to the CFO. This newly created role is strategic in nature and straddles both the financial accounting and Business Partnering teams, assisting with high level projects that encompass most areas of the finance function. The types of projects that the post-holder will be exposed to are incredibly diverse and of a strategic nature, thus the role is highly appealing. This business critical role has come about for two key reasons. Firstly, due to the company’s organic and acquisitive growth meaning the BAU teams need support delivering financial optimization projects. Secondly, as the CFO wants to develop talent within finance for future senior leadership roles above and beyond the levels of financial professional currently in the teams, many of which occupy lower-level assistant accountant roles.
If you feel as though you have strong academics, a highly commercial thought process together with first rate communication ability, then please review some of the exciting deliverables included below and register your interest:
