JasperRose has partnered with a world leading maritime business based in the West End of London. This top business is seeking to hire a Finance Business Analyst on a permanent basis as a supporting role to the Head of FP&A. Sat within luxury offices, among a strong finance team, you will be on site 5 days per week working alongside a large finance team.
Your role:
Sat within a newly created FP&A team, you will be reporting into the Head of FP&A playing a supporting role to the senior leadership team and shaping the future of the commercial finance team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the budget process and forecast for the Engineering team including follow ups and regular meetings
- Develop a robust management report & KPI pack to support and advise the business
- Creation and development of management dashboard packs
- Business partner with senior non-financial stakeholders
- Highlight improvements for the business, developing processes and implementing enhancement solutions
- Support the Head of FP&A in developing the FP&A Function
- Adhoc support and reporting for the wider finance team
What they are looking for:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a commercially focused role including ownership of budgets. They will also be QBE or ACA, CA or CIMA qualified pr part qualified with Prior experience of financial modelling/working on large data sets. You will have a bright and commercial aptitude looking at improvements value adds to the overall business with clear communication skills and confidence to liase with non-finance stakeholders. Prior experience working in the Shipping, Aviation, Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries with the Dynamics 365, TM1, Tableu or Power BI is a bonus
