Job Title:Finance Business Partner- Construction Development
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum

Job Duties:- Partner with stakeholders to provide financial insight and support in the constructiontion of new development projects
- Conduct complex financial analysis and scrutiny of new development projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
- Provide Business Partnering support to drive strategic decision-making
- Lead on the analysis and assessment of Section 106 housing projects
- Contribute to the overall financial management of the construction development division
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified
- Prior experience in partnering with stakeholders
- Previous experience in the construction or housing industry is necessary
- Expertise in complex financial analysis
- Understanding of Section 106 housing
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar finance role
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
- Excellent Business Partnering abilities
- Proficient in financial analysis techniques
- Ability to provide scrutiny and analysis of new development projects
- In-depth understanding of Section 106 housing regulations
This position is based in Basingstoke, South East England. The role requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders and occasional travel to project sites within the region. The working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday.
