Our client has operations in the North America’s, Asia, Mainland Europe and South America. This international footing is coordinated through a state-of-the-art Manchester offices, where the Finance Team enjoy 2 days in the office hybrid working.
This new role of International Business Partner, has been created following the firms US expansion, and is seen a business critical, value add role.
The Role:
The position of International Business Partner will be situated within a talented and growing finance team, and will report directly into the Finance Director. This direct reporting line is there to ensure the role is laser focused on the duties and distanced from “Transactional Finance”.
Duties include:
- Cost saving analysis & organisational efficiencies rationalisation
- Preparation of regional management and financial accounts
- Management of the annual audit process
- Cash-flow Management
- Organisational integration and harmonisation
- Due Diligence
- Presenting future acquisitions to the board
- Business Partnering with none financial stakeholders
- Modelling and FP&A engagement
- Costing optimisation
- Road mapping and planning integration – including systems
- Standardisation of processes across businesses

- £61,000 to £66,000 Basic Salary
