Finance Business Partner

CMA Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a highly successful and leading business based in Poole, Dorset, who have the requirement to recruit a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join their business on a permanent basis. What will the FinanceBusiness Partner role involve?

• Business partner with various stakeholders across the business, reporting on various KPIs, budgets and profitability;
• Design and deliver financial information across the group;
• Deliver budgets and monitor actuals with clear communication;
• Support in the costing and bids process alongside relevant project managers;     
• Various project and analytical work where necessary.            

Suitable Candidate for the FinanceBusiness Partner vacancy:

• The ideal candidate will be ACCA / CIMA or equivalently qualified;
• Previous stakeholders management experience is required, be it in a Business Partnering or wider capacity;
• Ideally suited to an individual looking to be a senior decision maker in finance;
• Progressive career history and the desire to grow within the role.
