Finance Business Partner - Poole - Up To £55K Bonus

A Finance Business Partneris being recruited by a large, established group based in Poole. Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the Financial Controller, as Finance Business Partner you will be managing 1 member of staff and have responsibility for:

• Preparing and reconciling a number of revenue streams monthly for the group
• Reviewing and managing the aged debtor balances ensuring that overdue balances are being chased in a timely manner
• Preparation of weekly detailed cashflow reports for the Group
• Business Partner for one of the group companies based in Southampton and working closely with senior management to continuously improve the business, including analysis of results, forecasts and involvement in projects, together with the preparation of business financial management information with supporting analytics and value add commentary.
• Supporting the internal and external audits in relation to the revenue processes and procedures
• Providing support to the Financial Controller and FP&A Accountant in relation to the quarterly forecasts and the annual budget process
• Providing cover for the Financial Controller as necessary
• Identifying, developing and managing delivery of business improvement initiatives

Suitable Candidate

• Part or fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE with demonstrable experience
• Commercial aptitude and analytical skills, but would also consider newly qualified from practice
• Experience of preparing management accounts and ability to interpret complex data
• Previous experience of Business Partnering within an industry with multiple revenue streams would be a distinct advantage
• Prepared to travel to Southampton
• Advanced Excel and a good aptitude for systems
• Good communication skills and enjoys being hands on and getting into the detail
