Finance Business Partner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join my client’s rapidly growing organisation based on the outskirts of Maidstone. This hands-on, analytical role will suit someone who enjoys working with complex costing models and pricing structures.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Liaising with key stakeholders to help them understand and utilise data to improve performance and profitability
• Influence future performance by reviewing and challenging recent patterns and procedures
• Ensuring costs are reflected accurately in costing models
• Reviewing, challenging and influencing daily production and ordering through the use of activity tools and supply availability
• Updating other members of the finance team to ensure any key cost issues are reflected in Management Accounts

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working with the FMCG or Manufacturing industry
• Have previous experience in a similar position
• Be able to work well independently
• Have proven experience of modelling using Excel and BI tools
