Their workforce of over 500 is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in their industry, with a specific focus on Accounting & Finance.
Description
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Conducting comprehensive financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Facilitating budget preparation and financial planning processes.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Identifying and implementing strategies for financial efficiency.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- AAT qualification
- A strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for the not for profit and charities sector and a commitment to making a positive impact.
