A longstanding, highly acquisitive client of ours with sites in Scotland, are looking to hire a commercially strong Finance Business Partner to their dynamic team. This role will suit someone ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified with experience at a similar level. Working closely with Directors, the successful candidate will develop strong relationships, providing financial support across acquisitions, group reporting, audit/tax and project work. Hybrid working is on offer but travel to various sites across Inverness, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow 3 days per week is required.
Salary: £45,000-£65,000 plus company car
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the onboarding of new acquisitions into the Group, including Group reporting requirements and new finance facilities
* Reviewing monthly reporting, including monitoring cashflow forecast, financial covenant compliance and KPIs
* Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
* Providing advice on audit/tax issues
* Acting as the key financial contact with newly acquired businesses and providing interim support where necessary
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified - Part qualified may be considered
* Can demonstrate experience at a similar level
* Strong Excel skills
* Confident communicator & excellent stakeholder skills
