Description

• Managing the team
• Pro-actively initiating change & driving forward process improvements, within & across departments
• Leading in management of UK tax
• Leading on systems replacement & key IT projects from finance perspective
• Delivery of reporting accurate / timely IFRS reporting
• Ownership of reporting to parent Co. for consolidation
• Deputise for Head of Finance / Commercial Controller as required
• Ensuring delivery of stat accounts
• Ownership of general ledger
• Supplier management e.g., GL Software / Banks / External audit
• Identifying and delivering process improvements & automation

Profile

A successful Finance Controller should have:

• A strong academic background in finance or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Job Offer

£85,000 - £95,000 + car allowance + bonus
