SalaryWe have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Data Analyst to join a fast paced and growing company based in West London. Your role will primarily be responsible for data analysis, regular commercial reporting, working closely with cross-functional teams to support decision making, to ultimately drive sales & business performance. A hybrid working pattern is available along with a competitive day rate for an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the Production Planner
- Maintain a key business excel model, help with transition to a new system. Ad-hoc debugging, addition of new products, recipe changes, and review with the sales team
- Commercial reporting
- Production of regular reports for:
- weekly internal & external sales reporting
- direct labour
- production efficiency
- Sales Invoicing
- Ad hoc support of the sales team to cover ensure completeness of invoicing during holidays
Requirements:
- Driven and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
- Advance IT literacy with experience of MS Office
- Advanced Excel user with the ability to debug excel models
- Experience in working with Navision and other EDI systems (desirable)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Self-starter, proactive and able to solve complex issues
