The role of the Finance Director is to drive the financial performance of the business unit (BU) and support the Managing Director in achieving the Business Plan. The Finance Director will be a key member of the BU Management Team / Board and will also offer financial support and guidance to all departments. The Finance Director will have a broad range of operational knowledge to enable critical review and challenge of key decisions and information across all the BU's disciplines. As our Finance Director you will also be responsible for the timely production of accurate financial reporting for the business along with management of the finance team.
