Job title: Finance Enterprise Partner

Duration: 6 months initially
A leading organisation is seeking a Finance Enterprise Partner to join their team in Burgess Hill. This is a temporary position for a duration of 6 months. As a Finance Enterprise Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial organisation by providing financial expertise and driving the development of financially sustainable tender proposals.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the business and contribute to the pricing strategy during the tender process.Provide advice on the financial implications of proposed tender solutions.Monitor and manage customer performance throughout the contract life cycle.Propose and drive ideas for P&L improvement, such as upsell opportunities and risk reduction.Support the business and customers in co-creating new business models and providing pricing transparency.
Requirements:
Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a commercial and customer-centric approach.Strong business and financial acumen.Passionate about delivering tangible value to customers and the business.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.Excellent negotiation skills to support successful win-win outcomes.Ability to navigate a complex and challenging environment based on agile principles.Familiarity with the local healthcare system, market dynamics, and competitor landscape.Fluency in written and spoken English.
