Key responsibility's :
- Ensure bank statements are loaded and reconciled on a daily basis
- Ensure all cash postings are booked in SAP accurately & in a timely manner
- Ensure all payments are completed on time and processed through HSBC.net
- Ensure petty cash is reconciled weekly
- Ensure all information is sent for factoring to ensure cash receipts in a timely manner
- Chase cash advances for expense forms or the cash returned;
- Provide support for the AP & AR administrators and provide cover for these two roles when required.
- Ensure balance sheet recs are completed monthly for specified accounts
Skills/ Qualfiications :
- Basic Bookkeeping experience
- Able to work effectively in a pressurised environment
- AAT qualification is desirable but not essential
- Motivated individual
