Finance Manager

My client is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to work closely with the school Bursar to oversee the day-to-day finances of the school.
In summary the role will include:

• Management Accounts - with commentary and associated monthly reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting – alongside the bursar to establish budgets and then support budget holders
• Financial Controls - implement and improve financial controls
• Invoicing/ Accounts receivable - ensure school fees are billed and collected in a timely manner
• Accounts Payable - ensuring all PO's are raised appropriately and manage the purchasing process
• Ad hoc duties - including specialist projects as required

Applications are sought from candidates with previous educational sector experience, strong IT skills and ideally either AAT qualified, or actively studying for CIMA or ACCA.
