Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Perform variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and recommend actions for improvement.
- Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Profile
- Immediately available or available on short notice.
- Part-qualified or QBE is desirable.
- Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
