Finance Manager

CMA Recruitment Group partnering exclusively with a well established business based in Poole, Dorset, who have the requirement to hire a Finance Manager on a temporary basis, due to continued business growth. With the support of the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for the businesses day to day financial processes, ensuring financial and management information is produced on time.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Preparation and production of monthly Management Accounts for multiple entities, including commentary & analysis.
• Partnering with senior management to produce meaningful budgets & forecasts.
• Assist in updated processes, systems and controls when necessary.
• Provide audit information and liaise with auditors.
• Completion of cash flow forecasts with communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Daily management of one Assistant Management Accountant.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• The ideal candidate will be ACCA / CIMA or equivalently qualified, although part qualified candidate are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience working in a similar Finance Manager role, ideally within an SME environment.
• Some staff management experience is also beneficial.
• Driven and self motivated finance professional looking to further their career.
