Location: Portsmouth, PO1

Salary: OTE: £40k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Valuer / Lister who is looking for a long-term career as an Estate Agent with a highly regarded Estate Agency firm.

To be considered for this role you must have previous estate agency experience, a proven track record of achieving exceptional results; You will be highly self-motivated, well-presented, articulate, and specifically, be capable of winning instructions.

You will be an influential leader and motivator, but most importantly, an individual who enjoys and thrives within the property industry.

Skills: The skills required for this Sales & Lettings Valuer / Lister role will include:

• Experienced residential estate agent
• Listing / Valuations skills
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the Portsmouth area helpful
• Full Driving License essential
