Many finance professionals tell me they are looking for flexibility and balance, interesting work, career progression and job security. The role promises all of those things. The work is varied and interesting and the scope of work the organisation undertakes is constantly evolving. There is good career progression within the role, given the sustained growth the organisation has seen, and when it comes to job security, this is one of the few organisations I know of who continued to recruit throughout the recent pandemic.
