Reporting directly to the FD the ideal candidate will be Qualified, Part-Qualified or QBE with excellent Excel skills. This role will suit a driven person looking to contribute to the continued growth and success of the organisation.
Main duties will include:
- Preparation of quarterly management accounts, inclusive of variance analysis
- Cash Flow and risk management
- Define and execute project budgets and review actual spend
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Collate year end accounting pack
- Manage, maintain and process payroll
- Manage staff pension
- Preparation of VAT return
- Ensure purchase order procedure is maintained
- Ensure recharge invoices are issued
- Manage and oversee supplier payment runs
- Manage and maintain sales ledger and credit control
