Finance Manager

Castlefield are currently partnered with a growing SME based in Wetherby who are looking to appoint a new Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This role will responsible for the Finance team and the overall accounting needs of the business. They offer a strong benefits package of 25 days leave plus BH, health cash plan and flexible working. They are based in modern offices which have free onsite parking.

Responsibilities include:

·               Oversee and report on budgets, management and financial accounts as well as the day to day finance functions

·               Take control of cash flow and banking as well as client invoicing and payments

·               Manage the company payroll

·               Preparation of audit data and coordination with external auditors

·               Work closely with the senior management team to develop areas of cost saving and increased profitability
