Duties and responsibilities involve:
- Completing weekly timesheets accurately
- Attending networking events
- Liaising with other team leaders and sharing workload to alleviate pressure when required
- Producing and monitoring budgets for office revenues
- Approaching the board with proposals for the office to deliver service to clients
- Invoicing for work completed and ensuring those who also invoice do so in the correct timeframes
- Updating the system with job stages, prioritising work and allocating jobs to staff to meet deadlines
- Dealing with queries from clients and passing onto the appropriate member of the team
- Review WIP and assisting in reducing the lock up time of WIP
- Ensuring all documentation from the company is professionally presented using company templates
- Developing strong relationships with clients, ensuring that clients are kept aware of any delays if timelines are not able to be achieved

- Proven experience in a leadership role within an Accountancy Practice
- Budget management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A good understanding of the fundamentals of accountancy principles and basic Accountancy Practices
