Finance Manager

Reed Finance have been engaged by a highly successful SME in the recruitment for a Financial Accountant, to lead their established finance team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting with all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, business partnering and commercial finance to drive continued business growth. The ideal candidate will hold a full accounting qualification (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) however QBE may also be considered alongside experience within a similar role. Our client are working on a flexible, hybrid basis. As Financial Accountant, your key duties will include: Overseeing all aspects of finance for the business Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process Business Partnering SLT and Directors to identify opportunities for growth Owning monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting Supporting with Audit process and queries Identifying and mitigating risks for the organisation Leading and mentoring a small, established finance team Other ad-hoc finance project based duties This is a rare opportunity to join a highly successful SME, who are looking to continue their growth and success.
