Job title:Marketing Manager

Location: Rye

Salary: 34,000 – 38,000

Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours a week, core hours between 10am–12pm, 2pm–4pm

Team: A professional, inspirational, imaginative and passionate events team of 16.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and implementing a marketing plan to drive new business growth.
• Supporting sales activities by promoting our expertise and brand.
• Producing and publishing tailored content across various platforms.
• Monitoring, tracking, and analysing the success of each campaign.
• Managing relationships with external collaborators.
• Travelling to trade events and client events to create compelling content.

What we're looking for:

• Marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience in developing and executing matrix–driven marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Expertise in SEO and writing creative copy.
• Ability to produce engaging content in written, audio, and video formats.
• Solid understanding of social media best practises and scheduling tools.
