Site Manager
We are working on behalf of a well–established regional Main Contractor who cover various projects across education, commercial, and health care up to 25 million who are looking for their next Site Manager to join their team.
About the role of Site Manager
This role will see you join a project near Lewes on a 10 million Care home from enabling works onwards. As the Site Manager you will be reporting to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities for the Site Manager
- Management of all site based construction activities from initial site set up onwards
- Ensuring that high standard of health and safety are maintained at all times
- Short–term programming of works
- Reporting on progress against programme, budget and quality throughout
Requirements for Site Manager:
- Previous experience in a Site Management role with a Main Contractor
- SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- have a keen eye for detail and quality
