Finance Manager

Your new company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in the Property industry. Reporting to the FD, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance function, supporting stakeholders with financial queries, while contributing to the expansion of the business.
Your new role
As the successful candidate, your duties will be:

• Managing the day-to-day finance function.
• Reporting for budgeting and cash flow forecasting.
• Monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting items.
• Weekly and monthly supplier payment reports and bank payments.
• Bank and supplier account reconciliations.
• Staff expenses and credit cards.
• Payroll, VAT, CIS and other HMRC processes.
• Drafting year-end accounts and tax returns.
• Managing the statutory audit process, assisting external auditors.

What you\'ll need to succeed
To be the successful candidate, you will need to have / be:

• Qualified, Part-Qualified or Qualified by Experience
• An efficient communicator
• Strong system and Excel skills
• Hands on and happy with the full range of work

What you\'ll get in return
Flexible working options available, a salary of £40,000 - £50,000, a close-knit, friendly working environment and the chance to WFH 1-2 days per week.
