Head Of Finance

Trinity House Group is working with a fast growth business based near Solihull that urgently require an interim Head of Finance. This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis. The role would suit an individual who has experience of working in a multi-site, client facing business. This is a fantastic opportunity that will have senior stakeholder exposure both internally and externally.
The Role
As the interim Head of Finance you will support the Finance Director and board and be responsible for the management and development of the overall finance team. The role will be responsible for the management of all finances for a number of operations and will support external clients on a regular basis. Duties will include: -

• Financial reporting across multiple clients
• Production of quality and meaningful management accounts and key KPI data
• Staff development and resource planning
• Analysis and presentation of performance data
• Ensuring all accounting systems and controls are continually reviewed and developed.
• Overseeing the production of client cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting
• Business partnering with external stakeholders (both finance and operational)

The Candidate
As the successful interim Head of Finance you will have/be:

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or relevant working experience
• Proven history of partnering with both finance and operational teams.
• Have direct experience of managing a large finance team.
• Experience of cashflow management

The Benefits Package
The following benefits package is available to the successful interim Head of Finance:

• £400pd - £450pd
• Hybrid working - circa 3 days in the office and the rest WFH.
