As a result of our ambitious growth projections, we are now looking for a full-time Finance Manager to join our growing team.

What will this role entail….?

This role will have full responsibility for all financial activities of the business.

Core responsibilities will include:

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance function

· Management accounts preparation on a timely basis

· Liaison with external accountants at year-end

· Management of insurances

· Monthly payroll and expense payments

· Reconciliation of bank accounts and all balance sheet accounts monthly

· Sales invoicing and monthly revenue reconciliations

· Purchase ledger and payment runs

· Preparation and submission of VAT returns and expenses control

· Responsibility for Budgeting and Forecasting processes

· Working with the CEO and Board to provide meaningful financial analysis and insights

· Ad hoc projects as and when required

What skills/competencies will you bring to this role….?

· Qualified accountant (either ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least three years post qualification or work experience.

· Attention to detail is essential.

· Strong Management accounting experience.

· Pragmatic, analytical, numbers and process-driven individual.

· Must work well with little supervision individually and in a team environment.

· Team player and positive individual.

· Some HR assistance would be a plus but not essential.
