The Best Connection Group - Manchester are currently recruiting a Finance and Admin Manager for our client based in Carrington. This is a Permanent position offering an opportunity to work for a well-known company in the UK.
Days: Monday to Friday 40 hours a week 30 min unpaid break a day Salary £35821.96 pa Duties:
You will be responsible for: Management accounts Monthly accruals/ journals Deal with the Credit Control team to ensure debt is managed. Accurate forecasting Budget preparations Data analysis People management: - Managing performance, appraisals, payroll and HR issues etc. Identify areas of improvement Use of SAP, Prisma and Webcycle Audits when needed. Price updates Order of stationery/PPE Management of 4 staff members Requirements Have worked in a similar role previously. Ability to lead from the front as well as working as a part of a team Ideally Qualified ACCA, CIMA or similar - or working towards the qualification. Have managed a small team before. Ability to work across all areas of business. Excellent communication skills Have previously dealt with Budgeting and forecasting before Experience in Credit Control Analytically minded. PC literate essential with an excellent attention to detail Comfortable with a busy working environment Excellent time manager with strong organisational skills This role will be an immediate start following a successful interview.
