We are urgently looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant on a FULL-TIME, PERMANENT basis to work in this reputable, worker friendly Westbury (BA13) based client. Do you have (or are working to) finance qualifications? Have you previously worked in /Currently working in the finance sector? Are you looking for a permanent role? Duties; Day to day running of purchase and sales ledgers Use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint Using finance/accounts software such as Sage 200 Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements Completing journal transactions Assisting with credit control Ad-hoc analysis with sales, expenses and stock reports Benefits; Personal and professional development within the company (following completion of your 12 week period) EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) Ongoing training provided (accounts/finance experience preferred) Hours and pay; Monday to Thursday 08 30 to 17 00 with a 13 00 finish every Friday (Nice, long weekend for you!)
