Role
Working in partnership with the Managing Director you will be responsible for overseeing the end to end finance operations, forecasting and variance analysis as well as managing up to 4 finance staff.
Responsibilities for the Fine Manager will include:
- Leading the Finance Team and developing the people, processes and systems of the finance function
- Preparation of monthly internal Management Accounts and Statutory annual accounts
- Preparation and monitoring of internal costings, embedding cost controls
- Preparing, managing and delivering budgets and forecasts
- Overseeing payroll function, including processing of monthly salaries
Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Able to support stakeholders.
- High attention to detail.
- Able to work within tight deadlines.
- Results orientated, with a desire to succeed.

Salary & Benefits
The role of Finance Manager has a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000, plus bonus and excellent benefits. Hybrid working, you can expect to be in the Milton Keynes office 3 days per week.
