As a Finance Manager for our debt collection client, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing financial operations related to debt recovery activities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, analysing debt portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will contribute to optimising financial performance and maximising recovery outcomes for their clients.
Duties of Finance Manager:
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation's debt collection goals.
* Collaborate with senior management to establish financial objectives and key performance indicators
* Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes.
* Analyse and evaluate debt portfolios to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Assess the financial viability of debtors and recommend appropriate strategies for recovery.
* Develop and manage budgets for debt collection operations.
* Implement cost control measures to optimize financial resources.
* Prepare regular financial reports and present findings to senior management.
* Work closely with debt collection teams to align financial strategies with operational goals.
* Provide financial guidance to enhance overall debt recovery efficiency
Essential:
* Proven experience in finance management, preferably in the debt collection industry.
* Strong understanding of debt collection regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
* Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
