SalaryOur client located in Harrogate but operate globally are looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a part time basis. The core part of the position is being responsible for providing all financial support across their business. You will be required to work 22.5 hours, this can be three days or across five days. Our client is flexible with how the hours are worked, but you will be expected to work in the office. Responsibilities:
Monthly Payroll
Ownership of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Processing Staff Expenses
Full control over monthly management accounts
Analysis of P&L s, Margins and Variance
Cashflow forecasting and budgeting implementation
Preparation of financial statistics for company updates
Working with external accountants on the statutory accounts
VAT Returns
Role Characteristics:
Ability to review and prepare financial reports
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with tax compliance and financial laws and regulations
Ability to strategically think and forward plan
Desirable skills:
Batchelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Payroll experience
Xero accounting software experience
In return our client is looking for pay a salary of between GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 pro rata/per annum depending on experience. There are 25 days holiday pro rata, plus bank holidays and an additional days leave for your birthday.
