Job Description
- Managing the Financial Accounts team and liaising with the wider business to produce annual accounts
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Provide strategic financial advice to key stakeholders
- Complete monthly reconciliations
- Manage financial risk and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Lead and motivate a team of financial professionals
- Participate in strategic planning and decision making at a managerial level
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial efficiency
- Manage cash flow planning and monitoring
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager- Financial Accountant will have:
- A full Accountancy Qualification within CIMA/ ACCA/ACA/ CIPFA
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Ability to provide strategic financial advice
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools
