This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company which sources and imports high quality and ethically produced coffee to the UK. The company is looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a fixed term contract (11 months duration). Based from beautiful offices in South-West London, the successful individual will be an integral member of the close-knit and collaborative office team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Day to day bookkeeping
- Quarterly VAT returns
- Assist external accountant with year-end work and corporation tax
- Ad hoc office management/administrative tasks (15% of role)
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
- Strong working knowledge of Quickbooks.
- Able to work solo and as part of a small team.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
- Great planning skills to ensure nothing is missed or forgotten.
- Willing to handle ad-hoc tasks such as dealing with property insurance or diary management etc (seems similar to your previous roles)
- Comfortable handling large multi-million transactions in multiple currencies.
- Able to deal with multiple managers.
- Confidentiality due to the private nature of some of the finances.
WHAT YOU WILL GET:
35-40k depending on experience
