In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial strategies and ensuring the financial health of the organisation. Your responsibilities as the Finance Manager will include:
- Conduct monthly business reviews, partnering with departments on P&L performance.
- Review team outputs for group P&L/BS, identifying and correcting risks/errors.
- Complete and validate monthly P&L/BS consolidation reports, including P&L outlook roll forward.
- Distribute monthly cost centre reports, highlighting budget variances.
- Manage group stock and B2B debtor reporting, ensuring compliance.
- Handle compliance reporting across the group for a specific portfolio.
- Develop delegation of authority matrix and maintain compliance log.
- Update fortnightly borrowing base certificates.
- Support contract manufacture payments and outlook process.
- Manage a team of three transactional finance staff.
To be considered for the position of Finance Manager, you will require:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
