We are seeking a Finance Manager to join this successful family owned business - one of West Yorkshire's own. The successful candidate will have a broad finance experience within Management Accounting and/or financial accounting with a commercial mindset.

Description
- Oversee accounting operations ensuring compliance with wider business regulations.
- Reviewing accounts and presenting to senior leadership.
- Contributing to budgeting and forecasting for different divisions.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls
- Ensure all financial operations comply with forecast and budget
- Assisting in supervising a team of financial staff, ensuring the smooth running of this area of the business
- Maintain industry knowledge to keep the company's financial operations in line with market trends
Profile
A successful Finance Manager at this business should have/be:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
- Ambition to want to progress to senior leadership
- Strong understanding of finance
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Able to communicate confidently with different levels of stakeholder both internally and externally
- Leadership abilities with a team-oriented mindset
