As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Finance Manager to play a key role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the businesses continued success. This role will offer exceptional development and will not look the same in 12 months due to the ambitious growth plans within the business, including a multitude of acquisitions.
Role Overview:
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations. This includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with senior management to provide strategic insights that will guide decision-making and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide valuable financial insights to support decision making at a senior level with a focus on increased profitability
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Complete all FCA related tasks, including filing timely and accurate returns
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business
- Collaborate with other departments to drive efficiency and financial performance
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant, or active studier (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Experience in Zoho or Xero would be beneficial
- Proven experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the financial services sector
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ambitious and driven to contribute to the success of a growing business
