Finance Manager

Absolute executive Search are delighted to be partnered with an International firm based in Kent who are searching for aFinance Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will be managing the day-to-day the finance function as well as working on ad-hoc projects as they arise.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management reporting.
* Monitor cash flow and aid in the forecasting and budgeting processes.
* Cost accounting and profit analysis of investment projects.
* Prepare analysis and interpret financial reports.
* Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and controls to ensure. compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Aid in the analysis of financial data and forecasts.
* Ensure adherence to taxation laws and regulations.
* Provide financial advice and support to management.
Key Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified.
Good working experience of managing financial operations.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven track record of financial management in a medium to large company with an international presence.
Good working knowledge of NetSuite is highly desirable but not essential.
Salary:
£50k to £60k
Hybrid and flexible working offered.
