Finance Manager - Shared Services | Long Eaton | Offering up to £70,000 + Further benefits

The Role:
- Management, development and coaching of a team of 15
- Development of Finance team to ensure they deliver top-tier service to the business.
- Providing accurate and timely financial reports, including month-end accounts, to the SSC's stakeholders.
- • Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintaining robust process controls while driving improvements within the team's operations.
- Cultivating and sustaining effective relationships with operational teams, as well as other SSC and group functions.
Requirements:
- An exceptional team manager preferable from a shared service environment
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or equivalent
