Who we’re looking for:
Ardmore are looking for a Sales Ledger Manager to provide Accounts support to the Financial Director by reconciling Client accounts
What you’ll be doing:·Client Invoicing – Ardmore & LK Communications
·Credit Control – Ardmore & LK Communications
·Allocating Client payments, bank lodgements
·Entering Supplier purchase orders onto the system
·Posting Supplier invoices to the Purchase Ledger and resolving any queries
·Entering new Clients & Suppliers onto the system
·Printing space orders, draft invoices, final invoices; sending to Client and filing
·Providing weekly and monthly reports for forecast figures
·Managing and reconciling petty cash
·Cash receipts reconciliations
·Credit card reconciliations
·Travel expenses for Directors
·Bank reconciliations
·Maintaining stationery stock levels
·Holiday cover for Sales Ledger Manager and Purchase Ledger Manager
·Reception cover as required
·Any other tasks deemed necessary by the Financial Director

What you need:
Essential
Qualifications/Attainments
Educated to at least GCSE O’ Level in English and Mathematics.
Relevant Experience
At least 2 years experience as an Accounts Assistant.
IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Skills/Knowledge/Aptitudes/Disposition
Ability to work quickly, methodically, and logically.
Good analytical approach to work.
Able to work to rigid deadlines.
Good organisational skills.
Oral and written proficiency and
completely fluent in English.
