Bookkeeper/OfficeManager (Part-Time)

Salary c.£26K - £30K FTE DOE
On behalf of our client a growing electrical contractor, McKinty Associates are pleased to invite applications for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join this business on a part-time basis.
It is envisaged that the hours will be c.30hrs/week but this may fluctuate slightly.
Key responsibilities:
·Bank & Credit Card reconciliations.
·Sales, Purchase and General Ledger.
·Credit Control.
·Payroll.
·VAT and Government statistical returns.
·Weekly and monthly financial reporting.
·General administrative tasks.
·Relevant ad hoc duties as required.
Essential eligibility criteria:
·Recent relevant experience in a finance team
·Experience in dealing with sub contractors & CIS reporting
·Experience in accounts packages (Xero)
·Excellent administration & organisational skills
·Strong IT skills
·Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and workload
