Join the team as a Finance Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing all financial activities of the business. From day-to-day operations and management accounts preparation to liaising with external accountants and managing insurances, you'll be a key player in driving their ambitious growth projections. Your responsibilities will also include sales invoicing, monthly revenue reconciliations, and overseeing activities across multiple currencies. Working closely with the CEO and Board, you'll provide valuable financial analysis and insights, contributing to the continued success of the organisation.
This role offers a home-based working arrangement, with one day a month dedicated to face-to-face meetings with the team, typically in Norwich. Additionally, there may be occasional travel required to attend quarterly board meetings in Norwich or London.
Offering a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £65,000, depending on experience.
