We work across North and Mid Essex providing free and confidential services to support people who are currently experiencing or have previously experienced, domestic abuse.
Our vision is for life without domestic abuse and our mission is to provide rapid responses to domestic abuse that increases safety for all victims, enabling them to rebuild their lives and create lasting change. We believe in raising awareness through education, training and partnerships in their community.
We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As our Finance Manager, you will ensure the effective management, accounting and reporting of our finances.
As a member of our wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will support our CEO & Executive Leadership Team in the production of management accounts and report to our Board of Trustees.
You will also ensure that we align with good financial practices and fulfil our legal obligations, taking collective responsibility for our strategic management and leadership, leading by example to ensure a positive working culture.
About You
To be considered as our Finance Manager, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role
- The ability to handle confidential information correctly
