Finance Manager to join their team. They're looking for a strategic thinker, with a passion for finance and construction innovation, that has strong Finance experience with a background working with Senior Management Teams to support business growth. What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee all aspects of financial accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, VAT, and tax credit submissions.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and analysis.
- Work closely with the Senior Management team to identify opportunities for cost optimisation, enhancement, and business growth.
What you'll need to apply- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision making skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Degree in Finance, Business Admin, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred.
