The Role:
As the Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily financial operations of our client's business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Posting bank transactions.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Submission of invoice finance reports.
- Managing cash flow.
- Reconciling accounts and producing financial reports.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
- Collaborating with the executive team on KPIs and management reports.
- Overseeing a small team of 3 and working closely with banks.
Skills and Experience Required:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Proven experience in producing financial and management accounts.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ability to analyse and report on key performance indicators.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with bank processes and invoice financing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
