Finance Officer

Finance Officer (Maternity Cover - mid August 2024 - mid October 2025)

Duties Include:

• Sales BillingCredit Control Refunding fees and deposits
• Processing supplier invoices
• Reconciling accounts for month end
• Reconciling agents commission
• Keeping petty cash records
• Managing funds paid to charities
• Managing the Finance Assistant

Qualifications and Experience

• You will hold A Level's or equivalent qualification or experience, be competent in the use of ICT, particularly the use of Excel and Databases.
• Ideally you will have a professional an Accounting qualification or a relevant degree.

• You will have good working knowledge of Billing and Credit Control, excellent numeracy and analytical problem solving ability, excellent verbal and written English and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Previous experience working in an education environment is desirable.
