We are seeking an Finance Officer to join our Accounting & Finance team, bringing an analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail to our company located near Caerphilly.

Description

• As the Finance Officer you would be:
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Conduct routine financial analysis and investigations
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and legislation
• Collaborate effectively with the wider Accounting & Finance team
• Process invoices, receipts and payments promptly and accurately
• Participate in regular audits and resolve any discrepancies
• Support in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Manage and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies

Profile

A successful Finance Officer should have:

• AAT or ACCA Studier
• Understanding of the Balance sheet and Cash flow forecasting
• A strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High levels of organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently

Job Offer
