SalaryPage Personnel is working with a global business based in Fareham with their recruitment of an Finance Officer - Part Time, 3 days per week for approximately 2-3 months. This is to support with their year end and cover the transactional side of the finance function.

Our client is a global, highly reputable business based in Fareham. Due to year end deadlines, they need someone to support with the transactional day to day. The offices boast plenty of onsite free parking, close to the M27 and nearby public transport links.
Description
As the Finance Officer - Part Time, you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices
- Raising sales invoices
- Preparing weekly payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Bank reconciliations
- Accruals, prepayments and journal entries
- Month end duties
- Supporting with adhoc reporting
Profile
In order to be considered for the Finance Officer - Part Time role, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available
- Be able to work 24 hours per week
- Be able to commute to the Fareham office
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be able to multi task
